Concrete: Old Dog, New Tricks

Disciplines: Print, Typography
As part of AKT II's series that explores the various materials used in building design and construction, this brochure looks at concrete. Concrete has been in use since the time of the Romans, and still plays a vital role in buildings, but with technological advancements it can now be exploited in new ways.
The publication explores the use of concrete in the past, highlighting its use in many AKT II* projects, and examines where the material can be developed further for use in the near future.
